Michael J. Fox acquired the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award on the 2026 Emmys for his advocacy and philanthropic work supporting Parkinson’s illness analysis.
The Bob Hope Humanitarian Award is an honorary Emmy offered by the Tv Academy and the Bob & Dolores Hope Basis.
Established in 2002, this award acknowledges a persona within the tv business whose philanthropic work has had an enduring impression on society.
Fox attended the awards present Monday night together with his spouse, Tracy Pollan.
It was the couple’s first look on the Emmy Awards in 13 years.
Fox acquired a standing ovation as he took the stage and spoke about his Parkinson’s analysis.
Fox was identified with young-onset Parkinson’s illness in 1991, on the age of 29.
He publicly revealed his analysis in 1998.
