America Younger directs the sea-themed movie from author and govt producer Nick Wauters. Principal images befell this summer time in and round New Milford, Connecticut.
The synopsis reads: “When a struggling Rhode Island seashore city unexpectedly turns into summer time’s new LGBTQ+ vacation spot, the arrival of hundreds of holiday makers sparks a season of humor, heartbreak, romance, and profound private change that ceaselessly transforms the lives of its residents and the way forward for the city itself.
The movie relies on the novel of the identical title by William Storandt. Author and govt producer Wauters spent almost twenty years bringing the challenge to the display.
“It’s a narrative I’ve needed to show into a movie for nearly twenty years,” Wauters defined. “It is joyous, romantic and unapologetically crowd-pleasing, filled with humor, love and the form of big-hearted enjoyable that comes from seeing a neighborhood turned the other way up. I could not be extra excited to lastly see this come to fruition.”
DB Levin is producing, with Wauters serving as govt producer by means of Man on the Moon Productions. Curation Leisure’s Derek Caldwell, Jonathan Carkeek and Greg Weiss produce and Ewan Chung, Myke Furhman and Alisandra M Rand co-produce.
