Tom later bought a short lived restraining order in opposition to Victoria and Will, claiming that Victoria had repeatedly punched him and that Will had threatened him, punched a big gap within the door of a bed room the place Tom had locked himself for defense, after which hugged him.

    Will disputes Tom’s account, telling TMZ… “The prosecutor did not file costs for a purpose. I took Tom away from my daughter as a result of he was overpowering her and twisting her arm and attempting to take her cellphone aggressively after yelling at us in a really aggressive and threatening method.”

    Will claims Tom then pushed him into the lit fire, inflicting accidents that required medical consideration and would require additional remedy. He additionally alleges that it was he, not Tom, who known as the police “for our security.”

    Will alleges… “That is my daughter’s home and we simply need Tom to be as far-off from us as doable and away from his lies and drunken abuse.”
